I became a Realtor because when I went to buy my first home I was…disgusted. The lack of integrity and wholly self-serving nature of the agents I encountered along the way was shocking. They seemed so truthful! However, it’s better to be…than to seem. So, I saw a need! I became what I wish I had encountered; what I needed…an ethical, efficient, and ultimately effective Realtor.Since becoming a real estate agent several years back, I’ve been fortunate enough to work with a few stand-out agents and brokers. The list is short, but important. There are ethical, hardworking, and effective agents after all. It just took some looking to find them.I was flattered when one of the local board members, a respected veteran in East Bay real estate, asked that I join the Delta Association of Realtors Public Relations Committee.
