Busy week in Santa Cruz -In 2 multiple offer situations.(aren’t they all?)

One very sweet 900 sq. ft. 2 bedroom 2 bath home in Boulder Creek-(San Lorenzo Valley area. I’ll talk about that another time.) 7 offers-.list price 279k – went well over 300k. I know it is over because I have the Buyer. Same house 6 months ago was maybe 280k sale price with multiple offers.

Second One-in Santa Cruz 6 offers stared at 579k and who knows how high it went? My Buyers couldn’t go as high as it ended up going..

I have a sweet condo coming on the market in Capitola,nice little vacation spot or investment. I will  list under 300k. This is a short sale that will come on the market bank approved.I’m working with the bank now. Walk to the Capitola Village & beach. I will let you know more soon…
