MLS# 21227819 is located at 3464 Gravenstein HWY S. it’s a 3/1 of 1088 SQ ft on 3.21 acres. At $485k I’d pass. Take a look and see why.

The second is MLS# 21227013 located at 8439 Elphick Rd, Sebastopol Ca. This is a 2 BR 3BA home of 1930 Sq Ft built in 1956 on 1.05 acre. It’s a nice sunny location with good access to 101 or amenities, with a country feel. It’s in serious need of updating but it’s in pretty decent shape. The asking price is $520K and according to the public records there is no mortgage.I’d consider this place seriously at a little less than asking price.

The third is MLS# 21207046 located at 2220 Joy Rd in Occidental. This is a 4 Br 4Ba 3438 SQ Ft home on 1.67 acres. They have done quite a bit of work since I saw it and the reports are all available on line. It’s a home in the redwoods, that tells you what the climate is like. The price? Reduced to $799K, not bad. I’d offer a little less because it is a stale listing. Two out of three are worth a look.
