Neither the water heater nor the roof attacked me. It’s clean and looks solid,but it is not fancy. Cheap kitchen cabinets, formica counters, needs a new fence. Bedrooms and bathrooms are small but functional and the closet space is typical for a mid 60′s home. The landscaping is low maintenance and has some good elements. It could use updating, but the neighborhood and location are first rate and the price is appropriate. I met the listing agent and his daughter while there, He’s a straight shooter. I’d rate this one a buy.
