“CRS” is my favorite, but I can’t remember why. There are quite a few out there, pay a few hundred bucks, attend a one day class and get your certification as a “Fine Home Specialist” or whatever. And you can then put “CRS” on your business card. And maybe impress potential clients. However, if you can’t tell good materials from bad or good workmanship from bad, are unable to notice that the picture windows look out on a retaining wall instead of the mountains in the distance or that the entrance to the master bedroom is through the master bathroom it really doesn’t matter how many initials follow your name. You have a good eye or you don’t and you can’t fix stupid.
