That seems to agree with what I see here. I will note that REO seem to be priced by throwing darts at a board and missing.
Interesting that, compared to national C-S data, the SF MSA has virtually no seasonality. I’m not surprised that it’s smaller than regions that have to deal with winter, but I am surprised that it’s virtually negligible.
BTW – As we’ve all noted, averages don’t mean, much even regionally.
